Many of us have plans to explore the academic career development track in a few years. It would be really nice to hear experiences from academic veterans. The Greater Boston Fudan Alumni Association (GBFAA) and MIT CSSA are pleased to jointly host a seminar for this exact purpose.  We are pleased to have Prof. Xiao-Li Meng, who is a Fudan Alumnus, to share his experience and thoughts after working in the academic world for almost twenty years.

As a perfect follow-up to our previous academic career-development seminar by Dr. Guang Hu from NIH in July, Prof. Meng will mention the process of academic job hunting. However, he will mainly focus on doing the job rather than just getting the job. We are confident that you will hear lots of interesting and useful information that can benefit your own career development in the years to come. Please do not miss this great opportunity. Thanks for your attention.
